At this time, all merchandise sales are final. We are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time due to the small scale of the project.  

 

DAMAGED ITEM

Please contact us at store@gutsyfaith.com with pictures of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 weeks for fulfillment + shipping transit time. Orders will be shipped on weekdays in the order they were received and to the address entered. Please make sure the address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address, delivery errors or delays once items ship.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of items on the order. Payments for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we will accept a  cancellations any time before the order has been dispatched.
